CONDITION OF BUILDING
The building, which was 89 years old this March, is in respectfully good condition for the age. All the exterior windows and doors have been sealed with the exception of the windows facing south in the dorm, two-engine bay overhead doors and the office door facing East 6th street are original. The roof is in excellent condition, however there has been some leaks in the past, as there is some rot on the roof decking as seen through the ceiling in the dorm area to the south east corner.

OFFICE, REST ROOM, KITCHEN, DINING ROOM AND MOP ROOM
The office is all original. The Exterior office door is the original as well as all the other doors in the room. The walls are plaster with some holes indicating a water leak at one point. The windows (2) are sealed as well as the small windows one each on both sides of the exterior door.

The restroom is original. The tile floor is original as well as the mirror cabinet mounted on the wall.  The bathroom window is sealed. The water heater is nonfunctioning as there is no gas service to be building. The restroom door is original. There is a wall connecting the engine room walls making a hallway from the office to the stairs separating the engine-room. The was added later and is not original.

The mop/supply room is all original. Mop sink, toilet and shelving appear original as well as the door from the engine-room.

The dining room is original. The four (4) windows are sealed. Shelving lines the walls. The flooring tiles appear original as well as the door leading from the engine-room.
