 STAIRWAY
The stairway leading off the engine-room to the second floor is original along with the hand rails. There is an exterior door been added to access the second floor from the outside (Fletcher Street side) above where the exterior door for the kitchen is located. This was added to meet fire codes.

DORMATORY, BOOT ROOM, BATHROOM/LOCKER ROOM
The dorm (upstairs) hardwood flooring is original, which part has been painted black. A red carpet covers most of the floor area. The bathroom/ locker room is original including to door and floor tiles. The boot locker room (middle) door has been replaced by a hollow-core door. The marks on the wall indicated where the shelves were mounted that the fireman stored their fire boots as well as bed linens. The door entering the dorm from the stairs has been replaced by a hollow-core door.

EXTERIOR OF BUILDING
The exterior of the building is relatively sound. It is of brick construction and wood construction. There are some wood area showing rot that would need to be replaced and roof drainage would need to be addressed. There are indications that at one time a series of gutters graced the roofline and on the east side drained into a storm drainage. The add-on (bay2) has what appears to be an open window with a fan, this may have been the paint booth for the body shop that was located here.
