Andrew Moore – Board Member
Meet Andy Moore, a dedicated firefighter currently serving on Truck 9, A shift, with the Little Rock Fire Department. Andy is not only a committed public servant but also a loving husband to Rachael and proud father of his beautiful daughter, Alyssa and son, Kevin.
Andy’s journey in the fire service began at the young age of 16 when he joined the East Pulaski Fire Department. Since then, he has volunteered his time and skills with various departments, including the West Pulaski Fire Department, Crystal Fire Department, and Bauxite Fire Department showcasing his passion for serving his community and helping others in need.
In November 2015, Andy joined the ranks of the Little Rock Fire Department, where he continues to make a difference each day through his dedication and professionalism. In addition to his firefighting duties, Andy is a certified National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Field Training Officer (FTO) and a CPR instructor, highlighting his commitment to ongoing training and skill development.
Outside of his firefighting duties, Andy is an active member of the Little Rock Fire Department’s Honor Guard, attending numerous funerals for fallen and retired firefighters to pay tribute to their service and sacrifice. In his leisure time, Andy enjoys quality moments with his family, indulging in motorcycle rides, and volunteering with the local Commemorative Air Force group in Little Rock, demonstrating his diverse interests and dedication to serving his community in various capacities.
